For 1:1 Sessions
I value the time and energy we both bring into our sessions. To honor this commitment:

All bookings are non-refundable. If you let me know at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your session once within the next 4 weeks. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or missed sessions, are counted as completed.

For Session Cards (e.g. 5-session pack):

Session cards are non-refundable once purchased. A missed or late-cancelled session will be counted as used. Please use all sessions within 3 months of purchase.
